Sterilization day(s)

We are off to a good start this year, with not 1 but 2 sterilization days in January.

On the first sterilization day, a total of 95 animals were fixed, of which 44 dogs and 51 cats. How wonderful is that!🤗
The whole operation took more than 10 hours. The street dogs were caught by means of darts and trapping cages. The local population also brought their cat or dog to have them sterilized.

2 weeks later there was an extra sterilization day in which a total of 45 animals were sterilized, 18 dogs and 27 cats. Also this day there were many locals with their pets in addition to the street dogs.

All animals are doing well! ❤️

A big thank you to Abri voor Dieren, Nilobon, Nitha, Kitty, Sir Khun P.Pocht, veterinarians, assistants and all other people involved who helped.

Pack Reunion 1

This sweetheart was allowed to return to his buddies after treatment against TVT. TVT is a transmissible cancer that affects dogs. Luckily it can be treated well with chemo injections. This dog has received 1 chemo injection per week for 5 weeks. He is also neutered to prevent TVT and possible fights in the future. He's happy to be back with his pack. These dogs are fed daily by volunteers. 👐

Sponsor needed - Bello 💗

Bello was left on the side of the road and ran after the car, according to eyewitnesses. He was thin and covered in ticks. Fortunately, one of our volunteers took Bello with him and he is now a permanent resident of our shelter. He has now fully recovered. Do you want to sponsor this cheerful dog?

Pack Reunion 2

In November, a dog was found with wire around its waist. The wire was deep in the wound. Our volunteer Nilobon, together with Bundit, a rescuer from Chiangmai, waited hours to catch this dog. The dog suddenly appeared and was darted and taken for treatment.
In January he was finally allowed to return to his beloved pack. The dog is doing well and happy to be back ❤️

Visiting board member

In January, Kitty Boonman, good friend and board member of Project Street Dogs Thailand, visited our shelter (Baan with love) in Hua Hin. This shelter is managed by coordinator/rescuer Nilobon Naknoi. Kitty was very excited to see all the dogs in good health and to cuddle with them.
Currently there are 32 residents. These rescued dogs are so lucky to be here. They are safe and are cared for with lots of love and dedication

Do You want to Support?

The foundation works exclusively on a voluntary basis and is completely dependent on donations and gifts!

These fully benefit the stray dogs and cats in Thailand for sterilization, vaccination, preventive medication, vet costs and food

Dear animal lovers,

My name is Kitty Boonman, board member of Project Street Dogs Thailand. These past weeks I have met with our coordinator / rescuer Nilobon Naknoi in Hua Hin Thailand. What great days I have had. I feel privileged to be able to see with my own eyes how the volunteers are committed to animal suffering in Thailand on a daily basis. Respect for these people, for what they have to deal with on almost daily basis. I also experienced a sterilization day. On this day, more than 40 animals were spayed/neutered by a whole team of veterinarians. Dear people... I would say! Keep supporting us because only with your voice and support can we really make a difference and continue to achieve great successes for the stray animals in Thailand.

Pet Friendly Regards,

Kitty Boonman
