Dog Groomer pop-up
|
|
At various places in Hua Hin, Addy, a volunteer dog groomer and ambassador of Animal Army Thailand, has trimmed a large number of dogs together with Nilobon and other volunteers.
|
|
Afterwards, Nilobon treated the dogs with an anti-parasitic medicine in order to keep the dogs healthy as a preventative measure.
|

Adoption 1
|
|
5 lovely dogs have been adopted by 2 families in Buriram. The dogs have been used for breeding in the past and were dumped on the street. Fortunately, they were found in time and were neutered and treated by us. Good luck to the new owners and 5 dogs ❤️

Boonmee is a happy dog who was cared for by a Thai man. Unfortunately, this man became seriously ill and passed away. Boonmee was left alone and was then admitted to our shelter. There he is completely happy again. He is an active dog and loves attention. Now he's just looking for a sponsor! Do you want to sponsor this orphan?

Adoption 2
|
|
We have had another successful adoption. Mumu was adopted by a lovely family in Bangkok. The owner gave up Mumu after he could no longer take care of her. We are glad that he delivered Mumu to us and did not put her on the streets or at a temple, which unfortunately happens 9 out of 10 times. Good luck Mumu and her new family.❤️

Sterilization in Pala-U
|
|
We had successful sterilization weekend again together with a team of 3 veterinarians and assistants. This time in Pala-U, an hour's drive from Hua Hin. Pala-U is known for its beautiful waterfalls, which is located in the national Kaeng Krachan park. A total of 102 cats and dogs have been sterilized and vaccinated against rabies. The dogs were darted because they were difficult to catch in the jungle with traps or nets. Thai people also brought their dogs and/or cats to have them sterilized and vaccinated. Thanks to all the volunteers, it was another great weekend.
