Lovely visit at Baan with Love 1

Our ambassador Riikka Nummivaara from Finland, together with her husband, visited the private shelter of Project Street Dogs Thailand (Baan with love) in Hua Hin. It was wonderful for them to see all the dogs again, healthy and well!

1st Sterilization Day in 2024!
|

In January we started with a successful sterilization day. This time at a temple in Prachuap Khiri Khan, which is located 87km south of Hua Hin.
|
|
A total of 175 animals were sterilized! Many Thai people came to the sterilization day, which we are very happy with. No more offspring for these animals. Big thank you to the entire team! ❤️

We suddenly had to say goodbye to our dear Cookie. Cookie was found on the street in 2012 by our coordinator Nilobon Naknoi and was cared for at a small Thai resort. Since the realization of our shelter in 2019, he was one of our first residents. He died in the arms of his savior Nilobon. Rest in peace dear Cookie ❤️

New Resident!

This sweetheart lived on the street and had been fed by volunteers for quite some time. He was taken to our shelter as a precaution. He is already very old and deserves good medical care in a safe environment in our shelter. Welcome home Uncle!❤️

We had another great visit this month. Carla Buendia de Lange, who goes on holiday to Thailand almost every year, has visited our shelter. She also brought anti-flea products and deworming tablets from various vets! A wonderful donation! Thank you Carla for visiting! ❤️

I will travel to Thailand again on Saturday February 10, with a busy program ahead, to help where I can. Great to see the local volunteers, veterinarians and the beloved rescued dogs again.
|
The program first consists of a multi-day visit to Saved Souls Foundation (North-East Thailand), where we have been able to house more than 70 rescued dogs in past years.
|
Then I travel to Hua Hin (central Thailand) (700km), where our base is. Sterilization days are planned there and I will provide help where necessary!
